This LONG ROLL of silicone paper can be cut to size to fit any bakeware and is enough to line several baking sheets or tins, depending on their size

It really is magic! Use to line the bottom of the oven for catching spills and greasy deposits, to line the bottom and sides of baking dishes, baking sheets and roasting tins, or to roll out pastry and biscuits directly onto it. The latter can then go straight into the oven on the paper to cook. Use for roasting, baking, grilling, frying, microwaving and freezing as well.

There are thicker sheets available but having tried both, this slightly thinner one is my favourite as, unlike the others, it's flexible enough to mould up the sides of a roasting tin and therefore contain any fat or juices that seep out during cooking, without them seeping underneath the paper and into the bottom of the baking dish.
