A bestseller since the shop's inception, I really wouldn’t be without my sieve. So clever, so quick.

Sieving fruit, e.g raspberries for a coulis, takes a nano second with this wonderful contraption.  A few turns of the handle and the job’s done.  An unpleasant job, that with a sieve and a wooden spoon would take 5 minutes or more, and a huge amount of elbow grease.

Excellent for smooth liquidised soups too, such as celery, tomato and gazpacho which just have to be sieved. A huge batch is sieved in seconds and with virtually no effort.
